For one wonderful year, I lived in Mayberry. Really. I moved from a big town in California that felt like a small town until I moved to Mayberry. You wouldn’t find it on a map because it goes by a different name, but spend five minutes there and you know where you are. The businesses consist of one restaurant (only open on the weekends), one gas station, a post office, a bank and city hall. The buildings are in serious disrepair and the population is 300 (counting the cemetery population). Most humorous, the police officer works 30 hours per month. No typo! What does this have to do with scrapbooking? A lot. On February 1st, Close to my Heart is releasing a new paper kit named Mayberry. These papers give you that feeling of being in a comfortable little town where you can sit on the porch and sip sweet tea. It’s fun and happy and waiting to come to your town! Make sure you stop here to order Mayberry and get your piece of the pie! Make sure to order the coordinating inks too (Cocoa, Honey, Olive, and Smoothie).
